Sunday’s 10am to 12 noon - November 6th to March 25th

Sports Extra will be holding event specific instruction on

Hurdles,  High Jump,  Long Jump & Triple Jump with instruction
being conducted by Sports Extra Coaches. 

Clinic components include (but are not limited to): dynamic warm up, drills, form and technique, common workouts, preventive injury concepts and strength training and flexibility concepts.

In the 60 meter hurdles, emerging talent Emerald Walden of Plymouth Whitemarsh, ran a personal best of  8.96 taking 2nd place at last weekends 2010 Indoor State Championship.  Senior Shannon Daniels of Centeral Bucks East took 3rd place in the Long Jump by matching her personal best jump of 18′ 1″.  Shannon also finished 10th in the 60H running a personal best of 9.25  Hurdler Ryanne Baldwin of Sacaret Heat ran her second fastest time of the season of 9.18 in the semi-finals of the 2010 Indoor State Championships.  High Jumper Annie Holland of Pennridge HS finished 5th in the High Jump.  Triple Jumper Chelsea Hicks of SoudertonHS Jumped a seasons best of 36′ 1.5″ to finish 10th at States.  Heather Selheimer of North Penn ran a seasons best of 2:16.13 to finish 7th at States.   Senior Tom Hopkins of The Haverford School jumped 23′ .75″ to take 3rd at States.  Tom also placed 6th in the 200m dash 22.28 and6th in the 400m dash 49.64.
